The Pepin Press are creators and publishers high-quality books, paper products and gifts. Our subject matter: graphic design, fashion, costume, jewellery, pattern & ornament, typography, etc.

Originally strictly book publishers, The Pepin Press is currently developing a wide range of paper products, gift items & artist materials.

The company grew out of Pepin van Roojen’s one-man graphic design and book production operation in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which started in 1988. In 1990, the first book under the Pepin Press imprint was published and we have since brought out some 500 titles.

In 1994, after some eight years in Asia, Pepin relocated back to his home town, Amsterdam. However, the link with the Far East was never severed: most of our production takes place in Asia and we have a logistic hub in Singapore.
