Grammar points are introduced by short explanations followed by exercises to revise and consolidate grammar and give learners confidence when using the most important structures. An answer key is included at the end of the book.

The exercises help repeat and consolidate the basic grammar and give the students confidence in dealing with the most important problems. The books are based on the levels defined in the European Framework of Reference and also include exercise formats used in the “Start Deutsch” test.
