This was wonderful, written from the command view, of all the things that went wrong and why. It is long, stunningly detailed and makes for obsessive reading. The prologue starts with the bombing of the Cole, explaining in depth why this was so important. This will be a definitive book on the subject of the long war. I cannot endorse it enough.
