This book is one of the best old school jeet kune do book. The pictures and explaination of the techniques are very easy compreensive. Larry Hartsell (the author.) was (r.i.p.) an icon in jeet kune do, he brought grappling to jkd way beafore the mma made it famous but these techniques are for (mostly.) the street not the sport.

As a long time jeet kune do disciple, i recomend this book, even if it would'nt be for the techniques, there is all the old school chinatown students, check it out!
